EventMoot vs When2meet
When2meet is a free availability survey: the organizer picks dates (or days of the week) and a time range, and each person gives their availability. EventMoot is built for groups that play together, with polls for dates and decisions and a page for the decided session. Here is how they differ, and when When2meet is the better pick.

When When2meet is the better choice
- Nobody, organizer included, wants to make an account: When2meet needs none to create or answer a survey.
- You want everyone to give their availability across a whole time range, rather than answer a set of chosen times.
- You want a Days of the Week survey with no dates, for a group in one time zone.
- You only need to find a time and want a tool that is free for everyone, with no plan to choose.
When EventMoot fits better
When your group plays together again and again: one link polls the date and the decisions (system, snacks, one-shot or campaign), players answer without an account, and the decided page shows the time in each player's own time zone with a calendar file. See all comparisons.
