Side by side
- EventMoot vs When2meet: When2meet is a free availability survey: the organizer picks dates (or days of the week) and a time range, and each person gives their availability.
- EventMoot vs Doodle: Doodle is a scheduling suite for work: group polls, booking pages, 1:1s and sign-up sheets, with video-call integrations on paid plans.
When When2meet is the better choice
- Nobody, organizer included, wants to make an account: When2meet needs none to create or answer a survey.
- You want everyone to give their availability across a whole time range, rather than answer a set of chosen times.
- You want a Days of the Week survey with no dates, for a group in one time zone.
- You only need to find a time and want a tool that is free for everyone, with no plan to choose.
When Doodle is the better choice
- You schedule work meetings and want Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Webex links added for you (a Pro feature).
- You also need booking pages, 1:1s or sign-up sheets for clients, all in one tool.
- Your team needs an admin console, roles and permissions, or SSO (Team and Enterprise plans).
- The people you invite already use Doodle and expect it.
