Your account
Your profile, downloading your data, deleting your account, billing, what happens when Ent ends, and light or dark mode.
Your profile
Go to Settings › Profile. Under Account Information:
- Upload Photo sets your profile picture (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB). Once you have one, you can change it or Remove it.
- Display Name is the name people see on your answers, posts and moots. Type a new one and press Save name.
Your email address is shown there too. It's the one you sign in with.
Your data
Go to Settings › Profile and press Download my data (.json) under Your data. You get a file with your profile, answers, RSVPs, availability, events you organize, moots and posts, straight away.
Not in the file: answers you gave as a guest before you signed up, posts you deleted, your notifications and activity history, and files you uploaded. To ask for those, use the data request form.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings › Profile › Delete account. You're signed out straight away and can't sign back in. Any subscription is cancelled, so you aren't billed again.
After 30 days your profile, email address, availability, notifications and calendar connections are erased for good. Until then, moots you belong to still list you as a member.
Events, polls and posts you made stay, shown as "Deleted Account". Your answers stay too, without your name or email. Moots you own pass to another member, or close if no one else is in them.
Changed your mind? Contact support within the 30 days and we can restore your account.
Want a copy of your data first? Get one before you delete. Signed in, you can download it straight away. See Your data.
Billing
On Ent, go to Settings › Profile and press Manage Billing under Subscription. It opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can change your card or plan, see your invoices, or cancel. If you cancel, you keep Ent until the end of the period you've paid for.
Trying Ent on a free trial? The trial needs a card, and you're charged when it ends. Cancel from Manage Billing before then and you aren't charged.
On Entling, the same card has Upgrade instead, which opens the Pricing page.
A question about a charge? Contact us. We usually reply within 3 business days.
When Ent ends
If you cancel Ent, or cancel a free trial before it's charged, your account moves to Entling when the period ends. Your events, moots, answers and files stay.
These need Ent again: email invitations to events, post-event survey emails to your attendees (signed-in attendees still get the survey in the app; guests get none), Discord notifications (your webhooks stay set up, and post again once you're back on Ent), connecting a new calendar and creating recurring schedules.
Recurring schedules you already set up keep making sessions. A calendar that's still connected keeps syncing your busy times, so Fill dates still sees them, but decided events are no longer added to it until you're back on Ent.
New events count toward Entling's 5 events per month. Events published earlier in the month count too. Events keep the attendees and polls they already have. New ones are only added within Entling's limits: up to 20 attendees per event and up to 5 polls per event.
Appearance
Go to Settings › Appearance and switch Dark Mode on or off. Until you do, EventMoot follows your device's light or dark setting. The choice is kept in this browser, so set it on each device you use.
